TERMS OF SERVICE

Clocked is a real-world social tag game. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't play.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One account per person — duplicate or automated accounts may be removed.

Clocked happens in the real world. You play at your own risk, and you agree to:

· Stay aware of your surroundings. Never play while driving, cycling or crossing roads.

· Respect private property, no-go areas and local laws. A hunt is never an excuse to trespass.

· Never chase, corner, touch or intimidate anyone. A "clock" is a photo from a distance — nothing more.

· Only photograph people who have joined the game. Circles are opt-in for exactly this reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clocked is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from real-world play.

You own the photos and content you capture. By uploading, you give us a licence to store, process and display that content inside the game (to you, your circle and players in your hunts) so the game can function. Delete your account and this licence ends, except for photos that are part of other players' game records.

Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

No GPS spoofing, location faking, device manipulation, exploits or automation. Our anti-cheat systems (impossible-travel checks, device fingerprinting, rate limits) may reject clocks and prize claims automatically. Cheating can mean losing points, prizes or your account — our call is final.

Brands may run sponsored hunts with real prizes and perks. Prizes are limited, first-come, one per player/device unless stated otherwise, and subject to the brand honouring redemption. Prize codes have no cash value and may expire. We may pause or end a sponsored hunt at any time (for example if a brand's budget runs out).

Business accounts and campaign billing are handled through Stripe and are subject to the pricing shown at purchase. Campaign budgets are consumed by player activity and are non-refundable once spent, except where required by law.

Signing in with Google or Snapchat is optional and subject to those platforms' own terms. Snapchat login uses Snap's Login Kit; we receive only your display name, an identifier and your Bitmoji avatar. Clocked is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Snap Inc. or Google.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other players or abuse the service. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your Profile.

Clocked is provided "as is". Seasons, mechanics, points and features change — that's part of the game. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (for players: usually nothing) in the 12 months before a claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continuing to play means you accept them.
